Since the latest update I'm unable to open the game. Steam says "content file locked".
I've already tried verifying game cache, set my antivirus to ignore the game and set firewall as well. It just won't download nor access the executables for some reason.

 

This is the first time I read something similar, never happen with other games I had on Steam (actually very few, so low statistics) and never heard before by anyone.
In any case, I don't have a tested solution, searching on the web I've found this

This was the first time I've encountered this issue, it's probably caused by my antivirus even though I've added gRally in the exceptions after it blocked it.
